Silverman & Light provided electrical engineering and lighting design for the new 1.2 million SF life sciences campus. The project includes an 8-level tower, a 7-level tower, an 11-level tower, underground parking in two of the buildings, two above ground parking structures designed to support 1,800 parking stalls, and extensive site developments to support the new campus. Key lighting design features include the main lobbies to each of the towers, RGB facade lighting to highlight key architectural building features, and custom lighting throughout the main stairwells in each of the buildings. The project is seeking LEED Gold v4 certification as part of the overall sustainable campus design.
