The San Mateo Community College District project grouping included the Gateway Plaza and Amphitheater, North Gateway Parking Lot, Edison Parking Lot and Site Expansion, and the VIP2 project.

The grouping of projects expanded the campus site, introduced landscaped elements, new lighting, a new plaza and amphitheater, upgraded electrical infrastructure, and added electric vehicle charging stations across the campus.
