The project consists of the design and construction for a new research lab and pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The project included a complete tenant improvement buildout of an existing single story structure with a mezzanine to support the tenant’s program. The building program spaces include clean rooms, cold storage, cryo freezer rooms, auto clave rooms, warehouse, packaging and labeling, kitting, shipping and receiving, tissue culture, cell expansion, cell processing, microbiology labs, QC rooms, open laboratory, dry research, lab equipment rooms, microscope rooms, lab support spaces, private and open office areas, break room and amenity spaces, and conference rooms.
