The Contra Costa County DA Office of Martinez is a new four-story structure that provides full administrative, office and storage facilities for the county’s District Attorney’s staff.

As part of the County’s focus on sustainability, the new LEED certified building exceeds California Title 24 Energy Code requirements for energy efficiency and sets an example of how new projects can effectively reduce their carbon footprint through intelligent design practices.
