The $125 million project consists of two new buildings and site improvements across the 22-acre development.
The larger of the two buildings is the 150,000 SF, five-story courthouse containing thirteen courtrooms in addition to support spaces for the court system.
The second building is the 45,000 SF, two-story administrative office building which houses the Public Defender, District Attorney, and Probation Departments.
The project included site development and a new courtyard connecting the two buildings. Silverman & Light provided electrical engineering and lighting design.
