The $42 million, 65,800 SF, three-building complex was designed and constructed as the School’s Science Learning Institute.
The project includes a classroom building, two-story lab building, and the commons building which houses a conference center and faculty offices.
As part of the new LEED Silver Certified complex, the project included extensive site improvements and the development of a central courtyard to link the three buildings together.
