The Coffeehouse renovation and expansion project introduced 18,000 SF of additional program space and a complete renovation of the existing facility to house a new 440-seat listening room, an additional performance space, stat-of-the-art sound system, six classrooms, and a complete overhaul of the café area.

The design was focused on incorporating sustainable features, which helped contribute to the project’s LEED Gold Certification.
