The project consisted of a complete re-design and remodel of the existing Guild Theater located at 949 El Camino Real in Menlo Park, California. The project includes the addition of a new basement and second story to the existing single story structure. As part of the complete renovation and addition, the building received all new utilities and MEP infrastructure to help restore the structure to serve the newly restored and expanded performance theater.
