The new 63,000 SF Medical Office Building in Berkeley is the healthcare provider’s first outpatient clinic constructed to serve the Berkeley Community. The program includes adult & family medicine, pediatrics, OB/Gyn, imaging, laboratory, mental health services, and a large format pharmacy. Silverman & Light provided low voltage systems design for the project inclusive of IT, Security, Access Control/CCTV, AV, Nurse Call, and Overhead Paging Systems.
