The new Kaiser Permanente Fairfield Behavioral Health MOB consists of a new 30,000 SF MOB that includes outpatient mental health services, group therapy, treatment rooms, a Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU), and chemical dependency services.
The project scope included a complete renovation of an existing office building and the conversion into the new Medical Office Building. As part of the collaborative design-assist team, Silverman & Light provided electrical engineering and lighting design for the complete electrical services and infrastructure replacement, site utility upgrades and tenant interior buildout.
