The Kaiser Oakland Specialty Medical Office Building (SMOB) is a new four-story, 225,000 SF, OSHPD-3 licensed facility. The SMOB consists of 107 provider offices, outpatient operating rooms, procedure suite, radiology suite, clinics, cafeteria, conference center, and outpatient pharmacy. As part of the design-assist team, Silverman & Light provided electrical engineering and lighting design services.
