Silverman & Light provided electrical engineering and lighting design for this new Specialty Medical Office Building (SMOB) and below-grade parking garage located on the existing Redwood City Medical Center campus. The 344,800 SF, 4-story SMOB contains a large OSHPD-3 classified surgery center, advanced imaging, clinical lab, and related specialty care services.

As part of the electrical design scope for this design-assist project, Silverman & Light provided nurse call and fire alarm system infrastructure and rough-in design.
