KAISER REDWOOD CITY REPLACEMENT HOSPITALINFO
 

Silverman & Light is providing complete electrical engineering and lighting design services for this new $250 million hospital, Central Utility Plant (CUP), site improvements, and campus infrastructure upgrades. The replacement hospital consists of a seven-story, 280,000 SF, high-rise 149-bed nursing tower on top of a two-story podium. The hospital’s two-story, 16,000 SF Central Utility Plant (CUP) contains three chillers, three boilers, a thermal fluid heating skid, three cooling towers, and the emergency diesel generators.
