Silverman & light provided complete electrical engineering and lighting design for the new five-story 225,000 SF medical office building located on the corner of Riverside Ave. and Cirby Way. The project consists of a new MOB structure, a new connected pavilion building housing a state-of-the-art pharmacy, site developments and a two story above grade parking structure.  The building is an outpatient clinic providing primary care, pharmacy, radiology, optical sales and specialty services.
