The new LEED Gold Certified, $22 million, 28,000 SF, two-story facility features an entry lobby and main circulation space connecting a series of informal breakout spaces, flexible teaching spaces, and the gathering hall on the ground floor.

The second-floor consists of faculty and MBA suites overlooking the living roof which provide offices, meeting rooms and support services.

Silverman & Light provided complete electrical engineering services and lighting design as part of the collaborative project team.
