Silverman & Light provided electrical engineering and lighting design for the 150,000 SF historical renovation of the Oakland City hall which included a seismic upgrade, complete renovations of all courtrooms and offices, a new parking level, and new child care facilities.
The project also included a new electric service, new emergency life safety system, and lighting design that maintained the historical balance and consistency of the historic building.
