This $63.5 million project consists of the modification and expansion of the existing Spring Lake Village senior living community and care facility. The expansion includes 62 new senior-living residential units with underground parking. The changes to the 26-acre main campus include the replacement of the existing one-story auditorium with a new two-story building that includes a wellness center, an enclosed pool area at the ground floor and a new auditorium at the upper level.

The project also includes conversion of an apartment building into a memory care center, and modifications to the existing Village Center.
