The new Stanford ValleyCare Pleasanton Hacienda Lakes Gilbraltar MOB consisted of a complete tenant improvement and buildout of an existing leased office building and the conversion of the space into a new Medical Office Building (MOB) for Stanford Health.

The MOB program includes approximately 25,000 SF of program space consisting of exam rooms, treatment rooms, consult rooms, office, blood draw, general radiology and ultrasound, a specialty pharmacy, conference rooms, amenity spaces and circulation area.
