Silverman & Light provided electrical engineering and lighting design for the historical renovation and tenant improvements of the iconic 12-story James Flood Building.
The renovation included a complete rehabilitation of the building’s lower three floors and restoration of the original sandstone façade. The electrical scope included a complete renovation of power distribution and signal systems throughout the building, in addition to lighting design to integrate into the classic architecture.
