The Twist Bioscience buildout on the Alexandra Real Estate campus in South San Francisco has occurred across several phases to support the expanding needs of the client.

The first phase of the project included MEP core & shell infrastructure upgrades to an existing office building to support lab and research function, the construction of a new equipment yard, and site improvements.

The following phases included lab buildout across three floors, the design and construction of a new cGMP and Maxi-Prep lab, and additional office to lab conversion.
