This project consists of a new two-story Administration Building and separate single-story pavilion consisting of a café and dinning space. The Administration Building includes research space, offices, graduate learning program space, and administrative function.

The LEED Gold Certified project also included site preparation, site utility services, site lighting, and parking required to support the new SVMAC. Silverman & Light provided electrical engineering and lighting design services for the project.
