The LEED Gold project consisted of two separate four-story buildings totaling 95,000 SF located near the West campus entrance.

The new student housing buildings provide for 155 additional beds on the UC Merced campus.

As part of a fast tracked delivery, the two-building complex was design and built in less than 27 months.
